We offer an in-person two hour consultation for your home, where we will walk with you room by room to formulate a plan to prepare your house through the eyes of any perspective buyer. You will receive a detailed plan or a proposal to use as a guide, whether we perform services for you or if you prefer to “do it yourself”. You will also receive photos and contractor recommendations.
Fee for a 2 hour consultation $300
If you agree to use our services, we will prepare the main rooms in your home using a few purchased accessories as needed, reposition furniture, coordination of any rental furniture and do what it takes to sell your home in a timely and orderly manner. All recommended repairs, removal of furniture, decluttering, professional cleaning, needs to be completed before staging begins. All rentals, including props and furniture will be charged on a month to month basis.
Fees for staging will depend on the amount of work to be done. Destaging costs are included as well as photographs for future marketing needs.
Vacant Home Staging
We will keep the cost to a minimum when renting furniture and accessories to create a warm lived in look.
All fees to be paid directly to Rental companies.
Fee will vary according to the needs of each home.
Research, personal shopping and fine tuning services are available at an hourly rate.
Consultation fee will be waived upon completion of vacant staged houses.
